Meet the Dean
Dean Stefanie Lenway strongly believes business schools need to educate students to be nimble and prepared for innovations in how we do business, especially in the digital space. Simply put: new skills are needed, old skills need to adapt, and as-yet-unknown skills will continue to emerge as businesses pivot due to changes in the marketplace. As a leading expert in corporate strategy for business education, Lenway is adept at driving institutional change in connection with strategic initiatives. At the Opus College of Business, that means she and her team are linking curriculum with the needs of the real world. With an emphasis on innovation and entrepreneurship, Lenway is leading OCB in creating the next generation of leaders who can address complex business needs and create enduring value at home and abroad.
