Career Experience Fund
Making connections is as essential to job search success as identifying career interests. Maybe even more so, given that many jobs are obtained through networking or relationships. As students become more mobile, St. Thomas enrollment becomes more geographically diverse, and work opportunities become more remote, St. Thomas must commit to building recruitment relationships with organizations inside and outside of Minnesota and providing opportunities for students to connect with them.
To help students make connections, the Career Development Center offers many opportunities to engage with employers, including our on-campus spring and fall career fairs, employer tabling events, company visits, career readiness programs, the St. Thomas Connect networking portal, and nationwide Career Treks.
