Why Join the President’s Society

Fulfilling the university's mission takes talent, passion, and dedication. Most of all, it takes philanthropic leadership from committed donors like you.

The President's Society recognizes those who make exemplary annual gifts of $2,500 or more to the University of St. Thomas. Early career alumni are eligible for the President's Society at adjusted giving levels (see below).

Benefits of the President's Society include an invitation to an annual meeting (virtual) with the St. Thomas President and priority access in purchasing tickets to the renowned St. Thomas Christmas Concert.

Early Career Membership Levels

In recognition of the critical importance of early career alumni in leadership giving, recent undergraduate alumni can be part of the President's Society ($2,500) at alternative giving levels:

  • 1-3 years after graduation: $250
  • 4-6 years after graduation: $500
  • 7-10 years after graduation: $1,000

Join the President's Society

Membership in the President's Society is based on dollars received during St. Thomas' fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). Gifts to any area of the university qualify. They can include pledge payments, cash, matching gifts through consortiums (such as the United Way) and stock.

For donors who choose to be monthly sustainers (making recurring gifts on a credit card or from a bank account), total dollars contributed over the course of the St. Thomas fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) are counted.

Join more than 1,000 households nationwide whose leadership gifts drive the future of St. Thomas.
