The Infinity Project's mission is to increase the gender diversity of the state and federal bench to ensure the quality of justice in the Eighth Circuit. The Project is dedicated to creating a judiciary that reflects the perspectives, experiences, and voices of the communities it serves. The Project champions the advancement of women into positions of judicial leadership, recognizing that equity on the bench strengthens public trust and ensures justice for all.

The Infinity Project aims to make an impact through:

  • Increased Representation: Advocating for and supporting the appointment and election of women to judicial positions at all levels of state and federal courts in the Eighth Circuit.
  • Pipeline Development: Offering mentorship, resources and education to prepare women for judicial service and leadership roles.
  • Public Awareness: Elevating the conversation around gender equity in the judiciary through events and outreach.
  • Policy Advancement: Collaborating with stakeholders to research and promote systemic reforms that create fair and equitable pathways to the bench.
  • Community Building: Fostering a network of allies committed to expanding opportunities for all voices in the administration of justice.

Why Your Gift Matters

When you give to the Infinity Project, you help it continue to break barriers, open doors, and inspire systemic change through strategic initiatives, advocacy, and partnerships. The Project advances its mission by engaging senators and other government decision-makers on gender equity, educating the public on the qualified women candidates and serving as a clearinghouse for women who are interested in serving on state or federal benches in the Eighth Circuit. Your gift supports the events, resources and outreach conducted by the Project and its members.

The Project is fiercely non-partisan, and does not advocate for particular candidates. Rather, their members believe in mentoring women towards putting their best selves forward in the judicial application process. The Infinity Project believes it is necessary to take into account varied life experiences and points of view and to ensure all voices are included in judicial decisions.
