I have always been immensely passionate about higher education, serving others, and helping to provide opportunities to and produce the next generation of transformational servant leaders. St. Thomas' mission is one that resonates deeply with me, and every day is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, grow together, and strive to be a preeminent Catholic school (and School of Law!) focused on academic excellence and love for others.
After graduating from the University of Iowa in 2021, I received my J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2024, and began my time at St. Thomas in June of 2025 after spending a year with a private college athletics consulting firm.
As someone with a background in the nonprofit sector, experience in the college athletics space, a sincere appreciation for students, faculty, and alumni, and a desire to be a part of a mission-driven team, I could not be more grateful for the perfect fit that I found in St. Thomas.
I grew up in small-town Northwest Iowa (Sheldon), and have one younger (and cooler) brother, who I am proud to call my best friend. Outside of work, you can find me training for my next marathon/half-marathon, exploring & hiking outdoors, playing my acoustic guitar, golfing, watching hockey & football, and attending live music events and theater performances (or a live showing of "A Prairie Home Companion").
