Erik Thurman
Erik Thurman joined the University of St. Thomas as Vice President in 2016. Previously, Erik was a vice president at the University of Minnesota Foundation leading principal giving and corporate and foundation relations. He held a leadership role in the university's $4 billion campaign. He also held leadership positions in medicine and health fundraising.
Before that, Erik worked at the University of Iowa Foundation during its $1 billion campaign. Erik's responsibilities included major gift fundraising for the arts, medicine and health.
Erik received his BA from the University of Iowa and an executive education certificate in organizational leadership from the Wharton School of Business.
