Christy Donovan Jepperson, MBA
My work centers on supporting future leaders who will make a positive impact in their communities and world. With over a decade of experience in annual giving, I've built a career around connecting people to the causes they care about.
I began my journey in fundraising as a student caller at UW–Madison's Telefund, where I discovered the power of personal connection and storytelling. Since then, I've had the opportunity to lead and support a wide range of annual giving efforts — everything from student philanthropy campaigns and alumni and donor engagement to digital strategy and giving day execution.
Most recently, I worked at St. Catherine University, where I helped lead 16 successful giving days and earned a Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Integrated Marketing Communications. I have a deep passion for working with students and thrive on the energy that returns to campus every fall.
After living in St. Paul, MN for years, the University of St. Thomas has always felt like it's been right in my backyard. I've attended many Tommie sporting events and look forward to many more. There's so much to be excited about with all the incredible momentum and vision the university has for the future — which is exactly what drew me here.
Outside of work, you'll find me traveling with my husband and son, chasing after our toddler, or spending time with our spirited 11-year-old yellow lab.
