Hardship Scholarship Fund

Scholarships remain the university’s top priority. They are the great equalizer, opening the door for all students of promise. As we face this crisis together, contributions to the Hardship Scholarship fund are needed more than ever as student financial futures have shifted or been put into question due to dramatic changes in the economy.

I rely on my three jobs to carry out my financial needs each month as a student. I may face eviction threats if I am not able to make my payments. Thank you to those who are working hard to provide students with relief during this time.

I would be using this money to help pay for food. Currently for many meals I go out to get food somewhere before our family meal so I eat less to make sure others have enough. This money would allow me to get groceries so I wouldn’t have to eat secretly without my parents knowing.
